The core Potato Resume experience is free. Because no payment is collected, refunds do not apply to the base editor.
Premium upgrades
If you purchase a premium template or subscription and it does not meet expectations, contact us within 7 days. We will provide a prorated refund for any unused time, minus non-refundable Stripe processing fees. No revisions needed and no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send your order email to support@potatoresume.com within 7 days of purchase so we can process the prorated refund right away—no additional forms or questions asked.
